We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return if you aren't happy. Please provide a photo and proof of purchase with your inquiry, so that we can better assist you in your return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@forevercrossjewelry.com or via the Contact Us button in the bottom right of your screen. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a replacement promptly. We are happy to work with you on solving any and all customer service issues that may arise. We are #1 because we care about our customers more than anything else.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for any damages caused by shipping. Your absolute happiness is our priority!


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
