All of our products are made with the highest quality stainless steel, 18K Gold / Silver, and 14K Gold / Silver.

If you don't love your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 60 days.

Every product page contains dynamic, automatically updated timeframes for production and shipping times. 

We ship all orders from our USA factory. Once shipped, we see delivery happen within the following timeframe:

  • USA - Within 2-5 business days
  • Canada - Within 4-7 business days
  • Western Europe - Within 5-7 business days
  • Australia/NZ - Within 5-10 business days
  • Rest of the World - Within 5-12 business days

If you need more information about a specific shipment, we would love to track it down for you and assist you with understanding delivery timeframes. 

We ship all orders within 2-5 business days. If you select Express shipping at checkout, we aim to ship your item within 2 business days.
